Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the day you received the purchase. If 14 days have passed since that day, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, will all original tags, stickers, labels attached.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Products that were on sale at the moment of purchase.
  • Customized products 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

To initiate a refund, send us an information including your order number via Contact Us form. Within 14 days you will then receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the address provided along with RMA number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If the size of your purchase does not suit you well, you can replace it free of charge once, within 14 days from the day you received your purchase.

We also replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved (the same checks are done as for “normal” refund), a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you along with RMA number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (the only exception is a first exchange, because of wrong size for the same item but different size).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot and do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
